Leadership Coach
In 2002, Lorne
Brown founded C2 Associates to offer personal and professional coaching
services to individuals and corporations. Lorne’s journey to rediscover and
reconnect with his purpose in his life and work began much earlier. Along
the way on his personal expedition to find meaning in his pursuits, Lorne
faced many challenges to commit to his dreams, to clarify his values and to
choose the goals and direction he could pursue with passion. Lorne’s
decision to follow this path brought him to a critical intersection. In
creating C2 Associates, Lorne laid down the principle marker to guide the
direction of his extraordinary journey to work with others in co-creating
theirs with passion and intent.
Lorne is a Leadership Coach residing in
Mississauga, Canada with his wife and two children. He brings to his coaching practice powerful intuitive
skills and an innate ability to see people as they truly are. He has 20
years of business management experience, enabling him to comprehend and
relate directly to the challenges faced by today’s business leaders. In his
corporate career, Lorne has had overall responsibility for Human Resources,
Customer Service, Information Systems, and Sales and Marketing functions.
Lorne was consistently recognized for bringing a unique style of empathic
leadership to each role. His compassionate and honest approach and style
inspire high potential Executives and Managers to think in terms of
possibility and embrace and excel in purposeful leadership. Lorne’s driving
ambition is to co-create leaders who live from a place of passion and
purpose.
Lorne is a member of the
International Coach
Federation (ICF), and a member of the
Greater Toronto Area
Chapter of the ICF. He is currently in the process of obtaining his Associate Certified Coach
credentials. He completed his formal coach training with
The Coaches Training
Institute in January, 2003 and the Co-Active
Space Leadership Program in June, 2005.
Lorne’s own
leadership is demonstrated through his active participation on various
committees in his faith community.
