Associates we provide customized Executive Coaching services and the
dedicated attention of a professional with experience in a variety of
corporate settings.
The
Executive Coaching program is a tailored one-on-one process that provides
structured methods, feedback and exercises to support and challenge the
individual to enhance his or her leadership performance and increase their
effectiveness. The end results for the corporation are enhanced individual
development and organizational performance. Executive coaching can target
and address complex situations and behaviours, create new and enhanced
strategic thinking, identify and develop unique leadership styles, improve
communication and resolve conflict. This results in empowerment of leaders,
reduced stress and enhanced corporate effectiveness and performance.

conjunction with
North Star Coaches, we offer a full range of coaching for leaders and
organizations.
Retreats
C2
Associates provides customized retreats targeted principally
towards executive teams. We work in partnership with the client to design
the purpose, structure and measurement of success for each retreat. These
are typically 1 to 2 day retreats focusing on strategic planning, business
planning, or team building. It can range from simple facilitation of
planning sessions, executive forums, or client advisory boards to a fully
customized long range planning process.
